Robert Tires

Got 4 tires installed here recently. Had a small issue afterward, brought it back, and they took care of it right away. They were honest about the problem, fixed it, and got me back on the road. Friendly staff, fair prices, and good customer service. I appreciate them standing behind their work. Both employees I dealt with were professional and respectful. I was especially impressed with the young man at the front desk. He was polite, respectful, and carried himself well. I wish him success in the future. Would do business with them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Roberts Tires! I recently purchased 4 new tires, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They got me in quickly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. It's refreshing to find a business that provides great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. My vehicle rides great, and I couldn't be happier with my new tires. I highly recommend Roberts Tires to anyone looking for honest, reliable tire service. I'll definitely be returning for my future tire and automotive needs!

Found a screw in my tire today, didn't know where to go to get it fixed. We googled tires in Lancaster and came across Roberts Tires. Read some of the review and a lot were good so we decided to give them a try......so glad we did! As soon as we pulled up someone asked if they could help us....they had 2 or 3 cars already in the garage so we were expecting a long wait.....nope....when I told him there was a screw in the tire he came right out to the parking lot grabbed a jack and went to work.. he took the tire off and took it inside the garage and in about 5 to 10 mins he had it back on my car all patched up. The price was very reasonable infact I was expecting a lot more..thank you guys.

So I don't even know where to start with this place ... at one point this was my go to for any and everything but after 2 years not going and headed back multiple things happened quoted $600.00 for a simple wheel bearing replacement decided to not go with them more so recently I go to them for a set of used tires granted there's only so much they can do with what they have in stock but they try and put a tire on my van that looks like it barley has any tread left I tell them I don't want it they then throw another one on and a day or two later I'm at work an hour away mind you and I pull off to find out I have a flat .... I watched the technicians do my tires and the technicians took very long with this specific tire I paid enough attention to know it was the one that got flat which means they knew it was a bad tire and threw it on anyways ... I drove an hour home worrying about if I was gonna be stuck or imagine my 3 children were in the car and it blew ? I went back there and they did a patch job because apparently "there was none in stock" I don't know go at your own risk 220 dollars to end up with a patched tire doesn't sound like such a good deal to me.

Stopped by without an appointment and they were able to plug my tire on the spot. In and out in under 15 minutes and their pricing was phenomenal. 10/10 will use in the future for any related services.
